From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. Their professionalism and attentiveness truly set this hotel apart; they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The breakfast was another standout feature. The variety and quality of the offerings were exceptional, with something for everyone, from fresh pastries to hearty options. It was the perfect way to start my day before exploring the city. The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to access major attractions, shopping, and dining. I loved being able to step outside and immerse myself in the vibrant atmosphere of Frankfurt. Overall, my experience at the Steigenberger Icon Frankfurter Hof was fantastic. Excellent traditional hotel with beautiful furnishings. Very comfortable. Very good service

Good hotel in a good location. Rooms very stuffy as there is no air conditioning and windows cannot be left open due to proximity to Frankfurt airport. Breakfast was good but very very expensive

The staff were AMAZING! Very kind and helpful. The room, we had 2 twins, was spacious and clean. Bathroom was also very clean and the large tub was great. Their on site parking was why I booked here and it was well worth it! The secured underground garage was a couple doors away from the main hotel entrance, you get the garage code from the front desk and paid them the €20 a night at the end of our stay- the staff was very helpful in finding and navigating it. I'd glady stay here again!!
