Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it features an attractive 35 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bathtub) and a balcony overlooking a quiet, green landscaped area at the foot of the canal and the Saint Martin meadows. If you love nature, the songs of the frogs will accompany your summer days.

Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

You can even rent electric boats at the Capitainerie for a ride along the Vilaine.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot.
