The condo is located on the 12th floor and accessed via elevator. Once inside, the condo is completely private and yours to enjoy.

Your booking includes 1 compact parking spot located in the building’s underground gated parking garage.

Visit the community rooftop terrace on the 14th floor to soak in the sunshine and panoramic views of the river and downtown.

Need to do laundry? There is a communal coin operated laundry room on the 2nd floor.

The building entrances and communal spaces are accessed using a fob. The parking garage gate is opened by remote. These items are provided in a lock box accessed at checkin next to the building lobby.

We offer contactless check-in and are available as needed through AirBnB messaging.

Immediately below the building are two large parks: 1) Wingfield park is an island park with a built in amphitheater that hosts many free summer concerts and is my preferred route for my stroll into downtown 2) Barbara Bennett park on the west side of the building has well maintained tennis and basketball courts as well as a jungle gym for the kids and a rental shack for river inter-tube rentals during the summer.

All of the best dining in downtown is concentrated right across the river along the river walk, N Sierra, and West streets. If you are doing dinner and a movie, the theater is literally just across the river too! A couple blocks in the other direction are many trendy restaurants and bars on California Ave.

If you prefer to cook at home, there is a community `co-op` (like a locally owned Whole Foods) directly behind the building for all of your grocery needs.

The building is the perfect distance from the downtown casinos - no more than 6 blocks to any of them but far enough that it stays relatively quiet at night.

Other attractions just blocks away include: Nevada Art Museum, National Automobile Museum, and the National Bowling Stadium.

It is really an ideal location if you are coming from a distance: Flying in and don`t mind walking a few blocks with your bags? Catch a free hotel shuttle from one of the nearby casinos. Amtrack and Greyhound are each only 3 blocks away. Megabus from SF and Sacramento drops at the Silver Legacy just 6 blocks away.

If you are driving in, there is convenient parking just across the river at The Parking Gallery garage at 135 N Sierra St. Reno, NV 89501, which is between West St. and N. Sierra.
Or you can park at a street meter for free from 6pm-9am, Mon-Sat. And free all day Sundays.

The best way to get around Reno if you don`t bring your car are Uber and Lyft. Parking:
• Booking includes one parking spot in the building’s underground garage. The garage can generally accommodate vehicles that are less 6.5 ft tall and 16 ft long.
• Free overnight parking is available on the street in metered parking spaces.
• Free daytime parking is available across the street at Barbara Bennett Park.
• Parking meters are enforced Monday through Saturday, 9 am – 6 pm, excluding holidays.
• Temporary parking is available in street level stalls next to the main building entrance for up to 20 minutes for loading and unloading.
