"Very nice proximity to the city and the lake. We were there in November sure it would be even better in the summer. A very nice town.
The disappointments in the property. 1) They gave us a room with a refrigerator that was empty and didn’t work. When told they didn’t offer send someone to look at it or switch rooms. We had things that needed refrigeration. 2) The workout area was closed for they said for a least a week. 3) Their restaurant was closed for a private party. 4) The charger didn’t work for us. The chargers use apps and there isn’t any WiFi or cell service in the garage where the chargers are located."
"We have overnighted at this hotel several times. Always well appointed, clean with great facilities and excellent catering. On this occasion, I have downgraded some of my answers because we were looking forward to dinner but there were 2 groups in the dining room alongside others. Unfortunately, the groups were enjoying themselves but were making so much noise that my wife and I could not hear each other or what the waiters were saying to us. We asked to be moved but there was nowhere to go!
Thanks to a very helpful receptionist we had a tray in our room. Not the evening dinner we had looked forward to.
I suggest that the hotel consider placing groups in a separate area to other diners.
No attempt was made in politely asking the groups to tone down their conversation and laughter to enable other diners to enjoy their dinner. It is obvious to me that groups will need to throw their voices in order to reach each other and is a very valid reason for suggesting that such groups are separated from other diners."
"Excellent location, room was very clean, spacious and bed was quite comfortable. I did not eat at the restaurants but the menus looked great. Would definitely stay again!"
"The rooms are large, clean and basic, there is no real closet, only a rack. The views could use some work (basic landscaping). If you are not from Germany or France, please remember to bring an adaptor as the hotel does not carry any. Mine was left at the airport, luckily one the staff was kind enough to lend me hers. Iron and ironing boards are by request only. Munster is not that big so the location was convenient."
"Basic large rooms. No kettle or fridge in the room but the front desk gave us a kettle to use. Provided nice cot for my baby.
Paid parking on site
Decent Buffet breakfast for €16, the cheapest I’ve seen so far in Germany. The bar restaurant area was very new and modern.
Front desk staff were very helpful and welcoming.
Gave us umbrellas to use on a very rainy day.
Bus stop a very short walk to go into the center
Would stay again"
