"The hotel was comfortable. It was conveniently located in the same building complex as SCheck market which is very handy for buying drinks, breakfast, fruit etc. It was also locate across the street from the tram, train and bus station and only 2 stops away from Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof and 2 stops from Stadt Bismarckplatz. We rented 2 rooms for 2 and 3 occupancy. The third bed was a pull out single sofa bed. The hotel did not provide daily room service but provided fresh towels and replenishment of coffee when requested. Overall, it was a good location and comfortable for a short stay. Staff were friendly and helpful."
"The air conditioner did not work as expected though big fans were provided. Elevator was broken in the morning, so we had to haul luggage down several flights of stairs. However, staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Rooms were large and very clean."
"Everything was clean and well maintained. The views from our room were wonderful. Great location with easy walking access to so many great places to shop, eat, or just see. My family had two rooms, and since they were across the hall from each other we got to see the castle view and the city view. My photos don’t do it justice."
"Everything was perfect! A bit disappointed that the buffet dinner didn’t had more choice suitable for children, but this is personal to every family. One of our children has a very limited diet and couldn’t find nothing that he would eat."
"We were travelling with our dog and in the hottest weather , the air con was a mazing, the room huge and fabulous bed , very comfy. The staff were lovely. The bar was great and the gentleman who made my cocktails was brilliant. I would definitely stay here again. A short wall to a lovely park and loads of shops an restaurants.
Room was spotless, bed lovely , shower amazing. I had a fridge and coffee machine."
