Shout-out to the front desk team, especially Vincente and João, for their excellent recommendations on places to eat and visit, and for making accommodations to store my luggage and insulin. "This hotel is in an amazing location to enjoy the beach, or to enjoy the gorgeous pool and patio overlooking the beach. Wonderful beach and boardwalk walking, good restaurant on site and others that are walkable. The indoor pool and spa area are large and clean and lovely as well."

"The house is in a fantastic location. We made day trips in all directions. We really loved this spot, however. We loved hiking the local trails, watching people working in their fields, walking down to the beach. Two of us went in swimming. The only problem we had was the third bed in the middle room turnedout to be a trundle bed and would br suitable for a child, not a senior citizen One of us slept on the long sofa with bedding Jose provided. That was fine.We ate and relaxed on the patio, wondering at the cows high above us in the steep meadows. We are all ready to come back soon."
