Malgré un petit contretemps à mon arrivée concernant le manque de serviettes pour prendre ma douche, le problème a été réglé en moins de 30 minutes, ce que j'ai beaucoup apprécié.
Le personnel est très accueillant, professionnel et toujours prêt à aider. Une mention spéciale à l'équipe du buffet et du restaurant, qui offre un excellent service et répond rapidement à toutes les demandes avec le sourire.
Dans l'ensemble, j'ai passé un très agréable séjour. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour la qualité de son service et l'amabilité de son personnel.

Hotel is in a great condition for Morocco, good breakfast and very helpful staff. However one thing ruins everything - the rooftop bar which is open till midnight and from about 9pm the music is unbearable in your room. The music is pushing through the walls and there is no quiet place… even if you don’t really need to sleep early it’s still very annoying. But me and my husband usually sleep at 10, and it was impossible here.
