This comfortably furnished holiday home has been meticulously planned and designed with attention to detail. Plenty of space is guaranteed! The heart of the house is the light-filled living room with an adjoining dining area, perfect for spending time together. Enjoy the view from the living room sofa through the large panoramic window, overlooking the lake and the mountain range. The kitchen, adjacent to the dining room, offers all the comforts you need for your holiday. "Lake Paradise" offers a variety of dining options: whether on the terrace, the covered terrace with a large dining table near the entrance, the spacious dining room, or the smaller dining table in the separate kitchen, comfort and conviviality are guaranteed. Prefer to sleep on different floors? No problem, as there are two bedrooms on each floor. The ground floor features a double bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds and its own washbasin. A large bathroom with a bathtub, shower, double vanity, and washing machine, as well as a separate toilet, complete the ground floor. On the first floor, you'll find two more double bedrooms. This floor also includes a small bathroom with a walk-in shower and a kitchenette.

Lake Stettner, Lake Langbürgner, and Lake Chiemsee are all just minutes away – a true lake paradise.

Bicycles can be stored in the bicycle garage, and parking spaces are available in front of the property. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. This is a non-smoking property.

A linen package (bed linens, towels (one regular and one bath towel per person), bath mats, and kitchen towels) is provided free of charge.

Upon request (please contact us before arrival), you can charge your electric car directly at the property.

Dogs are welcome, however, please note that the property is not fenced and is surrounded by cow pastures. Therefore, we ask for your understanding that dogs must be kept on a leash in the outdoor areas, including all paths within the nature reserve. Dogs are strictly prohibited at Lake Stettner.
