Labuan Bajo5 nights3.0 star property8.0/10 - Very good (1 review)"The place was really small, I didn't mind it but just know it's basically the bed and a small desk area. The fragrance in the towels and bed sheets made me sick, really strong but then again I don't use scented laundry detergents at home. The free drink was horrible, really sugary wish I could have substituted it went to waste. I like that the bed was comfortable which is important to me when I'm traveling. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I chose a room with a window it would have..."Reviewed August 14, 2026Roundtrip • Bali (DPS) - Labuan Bajo (LBJ)DPS - LBJ • Nonstop LBJ - DPS • Nonstop$446$295found 1 day agoper traveler - Plataran Komodo Resort & Spa

"I rated this a 3 star because out of 4 days, 2 days we were disturbed by loud construction work taking place on the villa beside mine. It was from morning until evening with hammering, sawing, drilling and talking by the workers. Also, we lost all our privacy as we could not draw our room curtains, and since our washroom was outdoors with no door, we had to be extremely careful. We were not forewarned about this disturbance and I was extremely annoyed. We paid good money for our over the water...
Sudamala Resort, Komodo, Labuan Bajo
Sudamala Resort, Komodo, Labuan Bajo"We really enjoyed our stay at the Sudamala. The service and hospitality of the staff was outstanding. We checked out for an overnight excursion and when we returned the next day our bags were already in our room and everything was seamless. The pool and beach amenities were relaxing and enjoyable, including poolside service from bar. And we had outstanding meals and service in the restaurant. Would stay here again any time"
"The property was excellent but a long way from town. Nothing within walking distance and cars were expensive despite short journey. You can rent scooters/motorcycles from the hotel for less than a car trip to town. We found that useful. The restaurant was delicious, particularly the pizza and Indonesian food. Breakfast wasn’t included but we just cooked in the apartment which we expected and was fine. The supermarkets in town are well stocked. The staff were amazing, super helpful and friendly....
"Super moment passé dans cet hôtel. Personnel très accueillant et à l’écoute des clients. N’a rien a envier à des hôtels de luxe. Très bon repas préparés sur place avec une super équipe. Recommande fortement"
"In fairness before I booked i knew it was 23 miles away from the center but didnt think it was that far...because of the winding roads ir takes about 30 to 35 mins each way to the center of town and the hotel doesnt have a shuttle service. Taxi driver from the airport became my driver the entire time there so it worked out! Staff was super friendly and the restaurant ( Bajo Banana) had some amazing sunsets and good food. Ask for room cleanings from the owners to ensure it gets done. Other than...
