“The properly had a great location and having assigned parking was great. The place was nice and clean. However, never received precise information on how to get there, another apartment building lobby attendant guided me by looking at a picture. Once we arrived I was told that what I had reserved was already booked. The lobby attendant contacted someone and was given a different unit on a different floor facing a construction. The host only responded later at night. Had some areas that needed to……

“The apartment was not properly cleaned. There was an opened water bottle in the fridge with salt in it, clearly used and left for a new guest, lack of attention to detail and hygiene. I had tried to cancel earlier but couldn’t, so I confirmed with the host to proceed. Later, they called saying they would keep our belongings due to a misunderstanding with Expedia, which was very unprofessional. Overall, a terrible experience. I would not return or recommend.”

“Este apartamento fue increíble! La ubicación no podría ser mejor: tiene una vista perfecta del monumento y todo lo que necesitas está a solo un corto viaje en Uber. El aire acondicionado de la sala no funcionó correctamente, todo lo demás, sí., aún así, sin duda reservaría este lugar cuando regrese.”
