"Nothing posted in the hotel entrance was under construction not orientation who to call first night i have to estsy in another place because not concierge.also the room next to me was under construction and my personal belongings was so dusty."

The reception crew was awesome. The management and owner really has this place well kept. Beautiful landscaping and nice charm to this hidden gem.

My husband and I were looking for a relaxing resort in Roatan, and this was it! We were able to enjoy the beauty of the island peacefully. The staff at Las Verandas were great. Oscar and the restaurant/bar staff (Anthony & Jose especially) were so kind and helpful with things to see and explore around the island. We also appreciated Robert from the reception staff calling prior to our arrival to ensure we had transportation from the airport. We thought that was an especially nice touch to our stay. We would definitely stay here again!
