The apartment, located on the ground floor of residence Antarès, is laid out as follows :

- The swimming pool and sauna are accessible every day in winter and summer seasons, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

- Outside of these dates, the swimming pool and sauna will be closed. These facilities are therefore closed outside of the winter and summer seasons.

**4/ Super-equipped accommodation with many beds**
The accommodations are designed in a practical and comfortable manner. The space has been optimized to accommodate numerous beds, but also plenty of storage. RisoulSki allows families or groups of friends to come together in the same apartment, out of a desire to be together or for financial reasons.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING WITH RISOULSKI
**1/ Bed sheets and towels**
You have the choice :
- Either you bring your bed linen and towels with you
- Either you rent those via RisoulSki: €11/single bed kit; €14/double bed kit; €5/large towel; €8/kit of towels (one large and 2 small)
**2/ End of stay cleaning**
Cleaning is not included in the reservation price, as we leave the choice to you.
- Either you do the cleaning yourself, and you must then leave the apartment in impeccable condition.
- Either you subscribe, after your reservation, to the cleaning option for €80. You will then just have to clean the kitchen area, wash and put away the dishes, fold the duvets and take out the trash.
**3/ Arrival before 5 p.m. and departure after 10 a.m.**
At RisoulSki, check-in is from 5 p.m., check-out must take place before 10 a.m., latest deadline.
If you wish to enjoy the apartment for longer, it is a priori possible (depending on availability). Here are the current prices:

Arrival and departure are done independently. The keys are located in an electronic code box right in front of your residence. You can therefore arrive at the time you want, from 5 p.m.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
**1/ Deposit of €300 to be secured BEFORE your arrival**
A deposit of €300 must be secured by credit card before your arrival. The operation is carried out via the secure online deposit service Swikly.
The procedure is fast and simple: you will receive an email with a link to follow, 7 days before your arrival.
The amount of €300 is not debited from your card, nor even blocked. This is a simple verification that you have this amount in your bank account. You are also better protected: Swikly manages your deposit and any withdrawal, if it should take place, must be justified on our part with photos, invoices, etc. Swikly is therefore much preferable to a deposit deposited in cash or even taken on a credit card, where the host has complete power over your money.
For these undeniable advantages, Swikly asks for a €6.78 service fee, which is the responsibility of our guests. We also pay a service fee on our side.

Bel appartement bien situé
Séjour très bien. Actuellement il y a des travaux à côté de l'appartement qui gâche un peu la vue.

La situation de l'appartement est un peu loin du centre, parce qu'il est au-dessus de la montagne. Dur, dur de descendre et remonter plusieurs fois par jour. J'ai séjourné l'été, pour l'hiver, c'est différent, il y a certainement des magasins qui ouvrent en haut.
Pour ce qui est de l'appartement, iill est parfait, spacieux. Les horaires de la piscine sont un peu courts, tard le matin et tôt le soir( 10h-19h). On aurait aimé en profiter un peu plus, sans qu'il n'y ait trop de monde en même temps.
Je recommande donc cet appartement de luxe

Bien situé
L'appartement est bien équipé, départ et retour se fait en ski jusque sur la terrasse, le top!
Par contre, il est impossible d'utiliser les lits double superposés. Le lit supérieur fait que bouger. Ce n'est pas normal de proposer un couchage de ce type au tarif auquel est loué l'appartement. La location est proposée en 11 couchage, vu la surface ? à éviter absolument.

Rien à signaler. C’était parfait, appartement bien situé, propre et très bien équipé, malgré que ce soit petit ce n’était pas contraignant (mis à part le lit superposé en double qui grinçait beaucoup à chaque mouvement). Nous avons choisi cette appartement pour la convivialité et non pour le confort.
