This was a great price for a great stay!! Central to many locations downtown! I am planning to book this hotel again in the future!

Breakfast was very good. Enjoyed our room and how everything was clean. There was no microwave so don’t try to bring food if you need to reheat it. Fridge was also not strong to freeze my ice cream so be aware. All the staff were kind and helpful. Rooftop was beautiful but the glass floor was out of service. The hotel was close to Michigan Ave so heading to stores was a breeze. Overall, had an amazing time with my partner and would recommend reserving a room at this establishment.

It was too cold for the pool! The property is in a great location, the staff kind and very helpful. The on site restaurant is quite wonderful. I would have to say we had the best meal of our stay of 4 nights in Chicago!the rooms are large and airy and very clran

Room was super clean. The view all the way down to the lake from balcony was nice.

I keep coming back to this hotel because of the location, but honestly it is a disappointment every time. The rooms are dated, the carpets are old and worn, and the elevators are slow. The door to my room was broken, so every time I wanted to leave for food or go to gym, I had to go downstairs, alert the staff, go back up, and wait for security to come and let me in. The process took as much as a half hour every time I wanted to get back in. I stopped leaving my room because of it. I have a Hilton Honors, but it didn't stop me from being charged for Internet. If you are flying in and out of ORD, this is a convenient hotel, but for the money there are so many better options.
