The airport shutlle was excellent, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful, the fitness center very accommodating. The clean staff, I was disappointed, I asked the young lady to change the bed linen, and vacumm, she cleaned the restroom and left WITHOUT changing the linen and vacuuming. I called the front desk told my situation, they passed the call to the cleaning supervisior, when I told her of the situation she stated the following "we only change linens on Thursdays" ( Friday, the day I requested the change) I then asked, so you only change linens and vacuum on Thursdays, she said I will send someone up to vacuum. Nope, the linens was NOT CHANGED, even though I asked.

The room was clean and staff were very friendly. I work at BWI and I had adequate shuttle service to and from the airport during the snowstorm.

An amazing stay from start to finish! Our room was not ready upon check in and to our surprise we were upgraded to the presidential suite. The unexpected room upgrade truly added to our engagement celebration and made our stay unforgettable. All the staff were very friendly, attentive and made us feel exceptionally welcomed. Definitely would recommend and would stay here again!

The hotel met all my hopes and expectations. It was a little expensive but was perhaps the best value within the price range.
