Buenos días Alexandra, gracias por tomarse parte de su tiempo en comentar, le comento al momento del check in se les comentó del horario del estacionamiento el cual es de 7 am a 11pm, el cual ustedes no respetaron junto con otra familia, aparte de que habían firmado un documento donde aceptaban las reglas del hotel, respecto al área del restaurant siempre hay de 3 a 4 personas. con el agua en efecto uno una falla pero de inmediato se resolvió el problema fueron minutos sin agua no días,
