Our stay at Juliana Hotel Brussels was wonderful! The front desk staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The dinner at the restaurant was absolutely spectacular, and the breakfast was honestly amazing — everything was delicious and beautifully prepared. The hotel has a great atmosphere and excellent service overall. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely return!

No A/C. No phone in the room to call lobby or room service. No accountability. No help from staff. Didn't clean the room twice.
Horrible experience.
Location is not as advertised either. Very sketchy at night, so come back before dark. See pictures: an open "bathroom", right downstairs, at the corner of the steet.

We stayed in an 'annex' across the road from the main hotel. Whilst the entrance to the annex felt very uninviting, the room itself was perfectly acceptable. We had booked for 3 adults - there was a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed, with a kitchenette, air conditioning and a small outside area which suited the one of us who is a smoker! The air conditioning was very welcome because there was a heatwave, nearing 40C. The staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was adequate if not too elaborate. Would recommend and would stay there again. The location was good.
