“Wanting to check out the New England area I chose York, ME to see the area. The location was great for what I wanted, an hour to Salem, MA for a day trip and an hour to Portland, ME to see lighthouses and York, ME for the day to see a beachside town. The rental was new and had everything as advertised.”

“Overall excellent property. We traveled with 2 adults and 3 kids. The check-in was easy with the host meeting us at the gate and showing us around. The cottage was clean, cozy and as advertised. There are a million things to do near by (within 10 minutes driving) including beautiful beaches, restaurants and entertainment. “We stayed at The Lake Cottage for a long weekend and it was more relaxing than we could have imagined. The location is quiet, yet close to hiking and antiquing. The space was perfect for our teenager and her friend and they loved swimming and kayaking. We will definitely book here again! ”

“The Cozy Cottage nestled in the heart of Alton Bay, NH was just what my family of four needed for an extended holiday weekend getaway. My favorite keepsake from staying at Rich’s Cozy Cottage was most definitely the spectacular view and the live music heard from across the Bay while I relaxed on the comfy blue chairs in the large breezeway! We even brought our pugs and our 22 ft boat. Next time I hope to be able to reserve a dock, but the ramp is literally a five minute walk away.”

“The house is beautiful and in a very quiet neighborhood; just what we wanted! Tom and Jess have thought of everything to make the stay perfect - even the little extras of things that we might have forgotten. There wasn't an item we needed that we couldn't find, right down to Ziploc bags! Everything was spotless. I can't think of a single thing to complain about. The hosts were very responsive to questions leading up to and during the stay. The beds were super comfy and the rooms very spacious....

“The cottage was very cute and homey. It was well stocked and everything was as advertised. The only thing they didn't have was spices and coffee which was okay with me, just adding it for future renters thinking about cooking or enjoying coffee on the deck. “We stayed for two nights and I immediately said upon arriving that I could stay forever. This home is so clean, newly renovated, with thoughtful fun additions throughout the home.
