"Rob is the best host - communicative, leaving treats, checking in, and has a positive and warm demeanor. The property is gorgeous with original details from the time period but modern comforts. The location cannot be beat - walk everywhere and water views on all your walks. Steep stairs were a slight concern for older family members but they were able to navigate them. "Our family of 6 gathered from MA, NJ, OR and NH for the Labor Day weekend. The house was perfect for us. It was spacious, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. We cooked and ate several meals at home and found the kitchen accommodating and very well appointed. We spent a lot of time playing games, reading and talking on the beautiful deck. We loved the easy access to water - swam, kayaked and enjoyed a boat ride tour from Steve. Resident cats, Ginger and Lulu, were occasional friendly...
