“The Chestnut Cove Cottage is in a fabulous location with a gorgeous view of the lake. The cove is beautiful and peaceful. The dock allows for jumping into swimmable water. There is a small sandy spit to walk into the water, very suitable for the young and fit middle aged.The house is spacious with a large sitting room with a wide screen TV. “We stayed at The Lake Cottage for a long weekend and it was more relaxing than we could have imagined. The location is quiet, yet close to hiking and antiquing. The space was perfect for our teenager and her friend and they loved swimming and kayaking. We will definitely book here again! ”

“The Cozy Cottage nestled in the heart of Alton Bay, NH was just what my family of four needed for an extended holiday weekend getaway. My favorite keepsake from staying at Rich’s Cozy Cottage was most definitely the spectacular view and the live music heard from across the Bay while I relaxed on the comfy blue chairs in the large breezeway! We even brought our pugs and our 22 ft boat. Next time I hope to be able to reserve a dock, but the ramp is literally a five minute walk away.”

“Warm, cozy pine interior. With large/over sized fireplace.!!! Large deck with table and outdoor furnishings ,to watch sunrise and sunsets. The water view is just lovely. We lit off sky lanterns from the dock..The kitchen has everthing foodies need for great dinners!! “We stayed for two nights and I immediately said upon arriving that I could stay forever. This home is so clean, newly renovated, with thoughtful fun additions throughout the home. Plenty of sleeping arrangements options for family or friend trips. The deck with grill and dining table, and the patio with fire pit maee enjoying the outside easy.
