“The hotel was in an excellent location for easy walking to many of the attractions in Portsmouth NH. The rest is not so good! I booked this hotel for our 47th anniversary thinking that its harbor side location with views was romantic. The booking and pre visit communication was good yet we received no hotel entrance instructions until I called upon arriving at the hotel. There was no elevator access to the second story hotel entrance and a difficult climb for two 70 year olds up 20 steep……
