Liked that the hotel is connected to the skyway, especially since our stay had rain. Skyway is very convenient. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Valet parking was worth the cost for the convenience.

Property is great, ez access to all mayo facilities using the skywalk and or subway. Weather was beautiful so we walked outside to Mayo/Gonda building which is a couple of blocks.We also utilized the free shuttle to an appointment, great perk. Excellent food choices within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

The beds were great! The staff very friendly. We stayed for just one night so didn't use many of the amenities. We were disappointed that there was a charge for breakfast...a simple continental breakfast was $12! Whereas the other hotels where we had stayed on previous visits to Rochester had free breakfast! They also had free parking whereas we had to pay for parking at a nearby parking ramp at this hotel.

If you are there because yourself or someone else is visiting Mayo this is the place to be. They have shuttles that run all the time back and forth and do everything they can to support you. Will be back to Mayo and will stay here every time.

The staff are very friendly and helpful! They have valet parking and shuttle buses to both Mayo Clinic and St Mary’s, so I only needed to pay for valet while I went to both locations. This service was even available at 4 am, when I needed a ride back from the ER at St Mary’s! Otherwise, they put my room facing the parking lot so it was quieter. Also, I overslept the check out time, so the cleaning staff gave me extra time to get ready and the front desk didn’t charge me extra for the late checkout. I’d recommend this place for the staff alone, but the hotel and room were great, too! Clean, access to the skyway system, close to Mayo Clinic, and a hot breakfast with pancakes to order! The room had what I needed to work remotely, pillows that didn’t trigger an allergic reaction, and panel-controlled heat/AC.

Coming to visit the Mayo Clinic was a difficult journey, yet every single employee we had contact with was amazing! We felt well cared for and our every need was met! The breakfast was wonderful each day; the front desk folks were always helpful and thoughtful. We greatly appreciated the rides to various parts of Mayo whenever we needed to be there. We will definitely return.

Too expensive for what you get. The rooms are small, the pool is small, and the "bar" is just a rollaway cart, and the "bartender" never showed up. The carpet in our room had stains on it. Breakfast is the same as you get from a Comfort Inn, but cost $19.50 per person. The best thing was the location, with many restaurants and shopping adjacent to the property. The staff were very friendly.
