The room was very clean and the staff were all very sincere and kind. This was an easy place to stay to get to the Gonda building since the bus picks you up at the door and drops you off at the door. We keep coming back! The shuttle service is excellent and continuous. They have two of their own vehicles that go back-and-forth to Mayo and we’ll also take you to other stores as time allows. Staff is friendly and great. Good breakfast with lots of options. The pool is actually big enough to swim laps in! Sizable rooms and comfortable beds no strong scents in the rooms or on the linens. Greatly appreciated if you have allergies.

For the price, Centerstone is hard to beat. All the other spots downtown are more expensive and additional charges for parking. Here, parking is free, it's right by People's Food Co-op, and just a stone's throw from all the fun things to do in Rochester's historic district. Check out Tessa's Office for libations and Thai Pop for incredible Thai cuisine.

Great hotel!

The pool was amazing, the room was clean and comfortable, the free breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Parking was a little strange, but we found a spot each time. We stayed at 6 different hotels on this trip and the pool at this hotel was the best maintained, the best temperature, and was the largest.
