"A nice property in a perfect location. Walkable to everything. The rooms are very funky as you would expect from a W. But the front desk staff are overwhelmed; room not ready til 4 pm and even then I had to prompt; the pool area is lovely but tiny. The massage service in the spa is wonderful but ..."
