“We had a beautiful weekend in the quaint and welcoming town of Rockport in this historic, well preserved, comfortable home. Victor was a great and responsive host, our group of 8 professional touring acoustic musicians has a great weekend stay. The 9 full bedrooms and 3.5 baths worked out perfect for our group. We will certainly hope to stay here in the future. ”

“We had an incredible week at this property! Our family spends the week of the fourth every year on the north shore. Staying in rockport was a perfect location for us. We enjoyed walking to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The house itself was clean and comfortable, and had every amenity we could need. Each room was beautifully decorated and we all slept soundly. I would highly recommend this spot!! ”

“This charming house was the perfect spot for our family getaway. The house is very charming. We loved the historic nature of the property. The kitchen was great for cooking. Roomy and we'll equipped. The living spaces were very comfy and so are the bedrooms. The location was convenient to everything on Cape Ann The location is th the parking was tight but completely doable and we had a two large vehicles. “We were in town for a wedding. This house is amazing. Spacious, clean, comfortable, and cozy. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Loved the back deck. Kitchen was well stocked. The hosts have thought of everything. Extra pillows, blankets, charging stations by the beds, tissues in every room. Everything you need for the beach is here - towels, a beach bag, cooler, beach chairs. This place even had a crock pot- something I have always wanted in a vacation rental and have never seen before.……

“This was a beautiful home with ample space for our entire family. The kitchen was well stocked and the dining room was spacious. Everyone was able to have their own bathroom, which allowed for privacy. The porch and yard were especially lovely and the location couldn’t be better- perfect walking distance from Bearskin Neck and the Headlands! We hope to be back next year.”

“Very nice cottage, clean, well decorated and every thing we needed was provided. Quiet, parking was a little awkward but manageable for one car. Nice garden though not well tended. Saw a few carpenter ants on deck and in the house. Would recommend for a couple. The pull out couch bed had a mattress cover that was half the size of the bed, strange.”

“Having stayed at The Ledge on Green before it was nice to return for another visit due to a work trip taking me to The North of Boston. Overall I once again enjoyed staying at the house as it is a short drive to lovely shops, sights, and restaurants in downtown Rockport. Having stayed at the house before I have in the past provided feedback to the rental agency responsible for the house about what was and was not satisfactory and I appreciated that my feedback was taken into account. ”
