“We loved this charming Rockport cottage. The location was perfect, nice and quiet, but close to several beaches and close to all the Bearskin Neck galleries and shops. The beds were comfortable, everything was in good working order, the decks and garden were lovely and the neighbor next door was so kind and friendly. “Absolutely loved this home!!! We didn’t want to leave and tried for another night , but unfortunately wasn’t able to stay because it was booked with someone else already! The location was close to down town and everyone here was as absolutely welcoming! Would love to stay again!”

“The property is nicely located but in need of updates. A lot of the lamps are plug in vs light switch and there were some flickering lights behind the TV. One lamp was missing a light bulb. No outlet in the bathroom for a hair dryer. The second bathroom is missing a door handle making it hard to open and close. We were unable to reach the ceiling fan chain without having to get on the bed, The Air Conditioner wasn't working on he first floor which made it a bit stuff but with open windows at……

“The space was very clean and looked exactly as it did in the pictures. The host was very good at responding to requests promptly. The walk to the beach was short, but it was hilly and was not doable with young children and a cooler and all the other things you would need to bring to the beach. The beds were very comfortable. It would have been good to know that the lower bedroom was in a finished basement and not on the main floor. From the website it seemed like the bedroom on the lower level……

“We had off the street parking which was awesome. The steps are a little tricky to get to the second floor but manageable if you're young enough, we're on our mid to late 60s. They were fine. The water heater couldn't keep up with the amount of people and we definitely had cold showers the first day. But property managers were prompted responding to questions and it's a short walk to to Rockport shops and restaurants. ”

“I came here to stay for my birthday weekend, and I really enjoyed staying here! It is in the perfect location in Rockport. There are lots of restaurants, shops, and beaches right outside of the place. It beautifully overlooks the ocean and is just a few steps down to the beach. The place was gorgeous, very clean, and well stocked with some essentials. Communication was super easy and thorough with the host. Overall I had an amazing stay!!”

“Victor the host/owner was so very responsive to our needs, easy to deal with, and a very understanding and kind owner. The house was perfect for our large family of 15. Everyone had their own bed, plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen and house were well equipped. Beautifully landscaped. The kids had a grand time in the hot tub. Front Beach and downtown stores are within walking distance. We all had a wonderful week!”
