"I was amazed to see the room especially the bed so comfortable. The staff welcome you with a great smile. We ate diner there and the food is amazing good got to try the wings and the steak tips so good with the mash potato and veggies on the side. The cook came to see us asking about the food and was nice talking to him and the waitress was smiling and always came to see if we needed anything. Nothing bad to say about this hotel I will recommend it and will go back."

"It is a very nice hotel. They have everything you need. I wish I would’ve booked two nights instead of one. The staff was mostly friendly. They have their own parking garage that the valet will park your car, but you can access your car whenever you need to. The pool area and deck were great. The beach was very nice. "Room includes a bed and a bathroom. We didn't need anything more than that so when comparing prices in the area, this was perfect. Parking is a lot down the side street. It is made for small/mid-size cars and is accessible to guests before check in time (just check with front desk for a parking pass). For a one night stay after a show, the hotel was just right. If you are looking for a longer stay on the beach, the location is perfect but you may want more space."

"We had a lovely stay . Very peaceful , we enjoyed the view from the porch siping a cocktail as well as our morning coffee and delish breakfast . The breakfast options were numerous and the croissants , amazing . Most of all we enjoyed the friendly woman who greeted us and checked us in . She gave us a few suggestions about the area and made sure we had everything we needed at breakfast . Highly recommend, staying here ."

"My boyfriend and I had a one night stay here that we overall enjoyed very much. The pool and hot tub are great. The sauna was out of order. The waterpark is also really nice, we did not use it, but we did walk in and check it out and it looked like it would be a really good time! The room was very clean, comfortable bed, and amazing pillows. Overall the property is beautiful and has a lot to offer. The staff is where we ran into issues. I booked a king room and when we got to our room, it was two DOUBLE beds, not even queens. Also, somehow we were put in a handicapped room and the shower was for someone with a wheelchair (not what we wanted or asked for.) The following morning, we called down to order room service for breakfast as I had paid for the package. Hours on Sunday are 7am-11an. My boyfriend and I called down at 9:30am and no one answered. I gave it 15 minutes and called back, still nothing. I did this a few times, until I finally called the front desk. I asked the gentleman if room service is available for breakfast and he said it is. I told him I had been calling the restaurant for an hour with no response, and he said he would transfer me himself, still nothing. When I called him back, he didn’t even say hello, he just said in an annoyed tone “still not answering you??” And I told him no. He said well there’s nothing I can do, sorry, and hung up. To me this is very unprofessional. If not for the staff, would have been a 5."
