“We loved this charming Rockport cottage. The location was perfect, nice and quiet, but close to several beaches and close to all the Bearskin Neck galleries and shops. The beds were comfortable, everything was in good working order, the decks and garden were lovely and the neighbor next door was so kind and friendly. “The space was very clean and looked exactly as it did in the pictures. The host was very good at responding to requests promptly. The walk to the beach was short, but it was hilly and was not doable with young children and a cooler and all the other things you would need to bring to the beach. The beds were very comfortable. It would have been good to know that the lower bedroom was in a finished basement and not on the main floor. From the website it seemed like the bedroom on the lower level……

The yard was so beautiful-our family spent a lot of time on the back porch enjoying this plus some bonus wild life sightings including 2 small deer. The location was great-walking distance to Bearskin Neck and there is also a small beach down the same street that the rental is on. The host was great-very quick responses to any questions.”

We had a great family vacation second year in a row at one of Rachel’s great properties in Rockport.The house was perfectly clean, cool, and well equipped for cooking and grilling and enjoying the beautiful outdoor area. “The property is nicely located but in need of updates. A lot of the lamps are plug in vs light switch and there were some flickering lights behind the TV. One lamp was missing a light bulb. No outlet in the bathroom for a hair dryer. The second bathroom is missing a door handle making it hard to open and close. We were unable to reach the ceiling fan chain without having to get on the bed, The Air Conditioner wasn't working on he first floor which made it a bit stuff but with open windows at……

“I came here to stay for my birthday weekend, and I really enjoyed staying here! It is in the perfect location in Rockport. There are lots of restaurants, shops, and beaches right outside of the place. It beautifully overlooks the ocean and is just a few steps down to the beach. The place was gorgeous, very clean, and well stocked with some essentials. Communication was super easy and thorough with the host. Overall I had an amazing stay!!”

Every detail inside and out is thoughtfully planned, bedrooms and sitting rooms comfortable, kitchen well appointed.
