“The moment you enter the home was delightfully appointed to welcome guests. The home is mostly bedrooms with the upstairs living room offering a bed as well so we hung out in the big kitchen downstairs. No other place in Rockport offers king beds and so many bathrooms.”

“Absolutely loved this home!!! We didn’t want to leave and tried for another night , but unfortunately wasn’t able to stay because it was booked with someone else already! The location was close to down town and everyone here was as absolutely welcoming! Would love to stay again!”

“The property is nicely located but in need of updates. A lot of the lamps are plug in vs light switch and there were some flickering lights behind the TV. One lamp was missing a light bulb. No outlet in the bathroom for a hair dryer. The second bathroom is missing a door handle making it hard to open and close. We were unable to reach the ceiling fan chain without having to get on the bed, The Air Conditioner wasn't working on he first floor which made it a bit stuff but with open windows at……

“Property was extremely clean. Comfortably fit my group of 8 adults. The deck hot tub was the biggest hot tub I have ever seen. Such a great place! Victor was extremely nice and responsive. ”

“We had the most incredible stay at this beachfront cottage. There is truly nothing like waking up to the sound of the waves and having the ocean right at your doorstep. The cottage itself is charming, impeccably clean and conveniently located to amenities. We spent our mornings sipping coffee, walking the beach and watching the sunrise. In the evenings, the cottage provided a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. And, the dog loved it too! We’re already counting down the……

“Cozy apartment in a great location. Nice little deck with a great view of waterfront. Street parking, free overnight from 6pm to 10am. Careful with the low ceilings. ”

“This penthouse was perfect! Mary was the best hostess, with awesome communication and great advice on food and things to do around town. So clean and lovely! We enjoyed the whole place, and especially loved the ocean view, and super comfy king bed in the master suite!”

“The apartment was conveniently located and with parking for our car. Our apartment was on the second floor and the folks below us complained about our small children waking them up early (sorry!). I also wish they didn’t wake up at 5:30 😮‍💨 The dishes were not clean and there were only 2 forks and 5 spoons. We did some cooking there but the apartment was clean other than the dishes, definitely left them better than we found it.”
