We had a good time at this hotel. Staff was kind and did what they could to help customers. They had good recommendations. Only complaint would be the lack of enforcement of quiet hours they listed.

Property is older - clean but could use a refresh. No ice available except through attached resturant - when closed, no ice. No shampoo, just soap. Some towels and linen threadbare. Staff did a great job when asked. Many steps down from the averge U.S. hotel for sure.

"The outside of the Hotel is in a mixed modern picturesque and 'brutaliste' 1950's/60's building area. Part lovely views across the River and part 'Regenerating' going on around.
