terrible check in experience after a 45 min wait to checking, the room was not ready and we had to give up because we would had been late for the show. I never really thought about checking in as a problem before coming here. Really annoying fix this.

Amazing little jewel among expansive or run down motels. Very clean, high standards bedsheet, bathrooms are clean, check in is automatic and highly convenient, parking is so easy and simple. I am very impressed with the concept of this motel.

The Paris Hotel itself is really nice and super convenient — it’s located right in the middle of the Las Vegas Strip, so everything is close by. However, there were a few things I didn’t like about my stay. I originally booked a king bed, but when I checked in using the mobile kiosk, I was given a queen bed instead. The view was disappointing, and there was no room service available. I also selected the option for housekeeping when checking in, but my room was never serviced. When I finally called housekeeping, they only emptied the trash and dropped off towels — they didn’t make the bed or clean the room at all. Overall, the location and atmosphere were great, but the customer service and housekeeping experience definitely need improvement.
