“We chose this for our last night in Italy due to its proximity to the airport, breakfast inclusion and reasonable price. Just looking for a place to rest our heads after traveling from Venice (last stop on our Italian tour). Proxiity to the beach was a bonus but it turned out to be a bit of a Redneck Riviera. The staff was excellent, transportation to and from the airport was convenient and reasonably priced, breakfast was great. Checked all the boxes in fine fashion.”

“My first time to Italy, arrived from cruise port. I have no idea about geographic location of either the port, the hotel or even Rome. Turn out it is about 20 min from the port and 45 min from Rome. Hotel staffs are friendly and arranged taxi transportation from the port to the hotel. Hotel is next to the beach with private deck for Sun bathing. We spent a few afternoon at the bar enjoying my drink and ocean breeze. A perfect place for relaxation. ”

Just one small thing: The room is equipped with stoves, with pot, cups and spoons, which is nice but surprisingly, no kettle! Luckily we can go to the canteen for hot water to make tea and coffee. The free parking venue is a plus. Supermarket is close by. Overall, I will recommend this place for someone come with car.”

“The apartment is very nice, quiet, close to the sea, with nice comfortable bed(s) and two conditioners that are really effective against the hot Italian weather. There were a bunch of things that the owner could have done better: first of all the owner is not a person but a company. That is OK if communication is prompt but we had unfortunately very slow response time (in days) when asking about the broken bidet (which is not a big problem abut remained broken for the whole stay). "Very nice and helpful staff. Convenient location. Good for early flight next day or exploring the canal area. There are many restaurants near the hotel. Within 6 minute walk, there is a supermarket. Good breakfast, especially capuccino abd croissant. Don’t miss them. Beds are comfortable. Air-con is also good. Highly recommend!"
