“Very disappointed. Staff were very rude and acted annoyed with us during check in. We had reserved a room with two beds and they put us in a room with only one bed. The WiFi at the hotel only worked on the first floor and not in the rooms. I had to go to the lobby to be able to text. The bar by the lobby was full and loud all night and the lobby was filled with drunk men, mostly local people and not guests of the hotel. I wanted to leave the hotel, but unfortunately, Expedia would not refund the……
