The apartment, which has just been restored, consists of a lounge with a two-seater sofa bed, a double bedroom and a small bedroom. A kitchen with a four-burner stove, an oven and microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge. The bathroom has a tub with shower. In the apartment there is free wireless network (WIFI) and air conditioning. There are sheets, towels, iron and ironing board, drying rack, TV, DVD player, foosball table. Fabulous
The apartment was exactly as advertised. Roof deck was amazing and the views incredible. The neighborhood was quiet and centrally located, close to Trastevere Market and Restaurant area. Bedding was clean and comfy, and the AC units worked well. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect Roman getaway
We stayed for a week for a birthday celebration in Rome. The neighborhood is fun and relaxed; great restaurants and cafes. Easy cab ride to all of the famous destinations in Rome and when we returned at night, it was wonderful to be in a peaceful neighborhood on the top floor of the buidling. The flat was a perfect size and really comfortable. This property gets my highest possible rating.

Look no further. This apartment has it all,well furnished,private and quiet. Beautiful outdoor terrace with amazing views. Close to everything you will need. Anna is also an excellent host. Would not hesitate to come back.

Stunning view!
This property is an amazing place to stay. It is extremely spacious; at least 5 sliding glass doors leading out onto a wraparound deck! Very clean and modern with anything you’d need for a week away from home. Great communication with the owner. A taxi is just a phone call away and about $13 to Downtown Rome. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great stay 5 day stay in Rome!!
This is a lovely very well appointed apartment. I don't think the photos do it justice. It is very bright and airy with an incredible terrace. One side of the terrace has views overlooking Rome and the other side has a park like view with beautiful trees. We enjoyed watching the parakeets while we had our morning coffee on the terrace. The apartment is on the top floor of a 10 story building. The elevator goes up to the 9th floor with one flight of stairs to the apartment. The building is at the top of a hill but you have your choice of taking the number 75 bus at the top of a short staircase beside the building or going down to the bottom of the hill to catch a tram. The Trastevere train station is a short walk. There is a grocery store and cafe at the top of the stairs to the left and some lovely neighbourhood restaurants. Our favourite restaurants in Rome were Tonnarello in Trastevere and Emma on the other side of the river.

Unfortunately we didn't have a good experience at the apartment, my son slept in the small sofa bed whuch was fine until second day he got up with bites all over his hands,legs,ear we assumed it was mosquito bites so went to the farmacy to get some antihistamines but the farmacist told us it was bed bugs bites and he should be seeing a doctor.We contacted the property owner and wasn't helpful at all got very defensive saying that the bedbugs had come from our suitcases which wasn't the case

Excellent quiet apartment
The apartment was super nice, I would say even better than the pictures does it justice. Check in was very easy as was communicating with them. Beds where comfortable. One main bedroom, one small bedroom with a small sofa bed and a huge living room with another large sofa bed. Kitchen was fine with a dishwasher though a few minor things missing, no proper way to make coffee, I think the coffee machine was chalked up. Washing machine worked great. Bathroom was nice. Main attraction was the terrace, huge, with great views. Location was very quiet while still within reasonable distance to Trastevere. There was also a supermarket close by. Would certainly stay here again when back in Rome.

Loveliest stay in Rome
Apt was clean and in a pretty residential area right outside of the city center. Not in the middle of the action, but I really enjoyed the respite. I wasn’t taking any public transportation, so ubers could get a little costly getting around, but overall really loved the stay and the home owner and hosts were really attentive. The terrace was gorgeous. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Really lovely apartment - top quality!
A really lovely apartment, with great communication from first messages to leaving. Super clean and tidy, just off the route of the last stop on the 75 bus or 5 minute walk to Trastevere Train Station, with a supermarket around the corner and an outside area with a view to die for. Table football and Sky TV took care of the kids after long days exploring. Lots of space to spread out and relax both inside and out. Felt like a home from home. Thank you Roberto and Carlos.

Perfect
We have used homeaway and airbnb on numerous occasions and this is up there with the best. The apartment is on the top floor with a big patio area with plenty of room for lots of people. Mosquito guards on some of the entries to the patio as well. Everything is to a high specification and it has eveything you would require. We were met by Carlo the owners son who explained everything and was most pleasant. It is only a short walk from Trastevere train station and also the tram line into Rome. We would definetly stay here again if we are in Rome.

Wonderful apartment
What a wonderful place, Carlos and his brother were excellent and very helpful. Easy access to central Rome. A little advice would be, if you use the tram having bought your ticket to make sure that you Clock into the machines on the tram, as we did see some tourists get fined even though they had a ticket, but had not stamped it . The local supermarket just a 10 minute walk away and everything you could possibly need, the walk back was much better than the walk there as it’s uphill all the way. The apartment was wonderful few slight things missing I felt, a garlic press, some kitchen scissors, an ice cube tray in the freezer, and finally some bedside cabinets. Otherwise would thoroughly recommend this apartment the views Over Rome are amazing.

Breathtaking Rome
The apartment is gorgeous. It was just remodeled and is very modern in every way. It is bright and sunny with a breathtaking view of Rome from the beautiful rooftop terrace. The area of Roma Trastevere is trendy with many little shops and great restaurants. It is close to the train station for easy in and out of Roma Termini. In addition it is close to trams and bus routes which enable you to get to all the sights of Rome. Taxi rides are also pretty reasonable. The owner of the property was friendly and had a translator there to explain everything. I wish I could pick this apartment up and take it with me throughout our stay in other areas is Italy. It is truly magnificent. If I ever come back to Rome, we will stay in this apartment. Thank you for your hospitality, Roberto!!!

An oasis in Rome.
The apartment was wonderful. It has been newly refurbished to a high standard. The terrace is magical with spectacular views of Rome. Roberto was charming and very efficient. He responded to any queries very quickly. Situated in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood with an excellent supermarket and transport links into the centre of Rome very close by. Would highly recommend. We intend to return!

Would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Rome
Great apartment - has everything you need for your stay. Kitchen is well equipped, bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean and the shower is good quality. Obviously the roof terrace is incredible - we were even treated to some thunder and lightning whilst we were there which was great watching from under the shelter. There wasn't any wood for the pizza oven when we got there but Carlo (Roberto's Son) got some round to us within a couple of hours and was very helpful. There is a main tram line 5 mins walk from the apartment which takes you right into Piazza Venezia in about 10-15 mins. Trastavere station is also only 5 mins walk away from the apartment so getting there from Fiumicino Airport was really easy as it is on a direct line. Also the local supermarket is just round the corner and is clean and well stocked with everything you will need. This isnt a tourist neighbourhood at all which we really enjoyed. Overall we had a brilliant time and spent a lot of it in the apartment enjoying that view!

Perfekte Unterkunft für Rom
Perfekt ausgestattete, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit Küche, Bad, Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und einem kleineren Zimmer mit Couch sowie mit einer überwältigenden Dachterrasse. Ruhig gelegen, nur 2 Minuten zur Bushaltestelle und 7 Minuten zu Tram und Zug. Der ideale Ort für einen Romaufenthalt, an dem man sich von den Touristenmassen erholen kann. Kommt man mit dem Auto, findet sich in der Regel in nächster Nähe ein Parkplatz am Straßenrand. Wir haben uns außerordentlich wohl gefühlt. Jederzeit wieder.

Die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin der Wohnung war super. Sie hat gute Tipps gegeben. Wohnung sehr sauber, jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Terrasse ein Traum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke. Bus - Endstation der Linie 75, die als Endstation Statione Termini hat und z. B. Das Colosseum als Haltepunkt hat. Optimal. Komme wieder gerne.

Eine Oase der Ruhe
Das Apartment war nicht nur ruhig, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Viele Details schienen durchdacht und trugen zu einer angenehmen Atmosphäre bei. Geräumige Wohnung mit toller Dachterrasse
Keinerlei Probleme, Laura hat uns quasi live zum richtigen Bus gecoacht, die Wohnung ist groß, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles vorhanden (außer vielleicht ein großes Messer und Schneidebrett). Die Terrasse und der Blick sind einzigartig.
