This is a wonderful place to stay. The owners are extremely accomodating, polite and nice. It was a pleasure to meet them and we (family of 4) would recommend staying here for any ocassion while in this area.

The location was excellent, it is the only hotel I have ever stayed in that has let me into my room before check in time and I was shocked. They made my day with that . Staff is extremely helpful and always go the extra step and very friendly . Well appointed and done up nicely. Only negative is it’s a little dark on the inside .Sorry for that. But I would stay there again.

An otherwise bright, cheerful hotel. I booked months in advance, asked for a quiet room, was assured by an indifferent receptionist that “all rooms are quiet” (true as regards outside) and was negligently placed beneath a suite with running toddlers. So, be aware: not quite as regards internal construction, something which may bother some. Plusses: Good breakfast, very well located

Manuele, Kata and all of the team definitely did everything possible to make our 8 day stay a success. The apartments are stylish with Objects 'd'Art and Books to enjoy...not many in English! ... The bed was extremely comfortable with quality linens. Nice towels. The practical fittings, however, could be improved and are less than perfect. No salt, pepper, oil etc; Need a new chopping board. No serated knife. Kitchen cupboards stick. The rain shower drips cold water when using the hand held one. The electricity tripped out twice whilst we were there. So, small irritations stop us giving a 5* review, as the price is high. However...we would return as the apartment is super clean, and in a perfect location. We were made to feel very welcome, and cared for, in this historical lodging.

Perfectly situated near plenty of restaurants and bars. That area of Trieste is very walkable. We had a clean and spacious room that was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again if I am lucky enough to be back in Trieste.
