Staff were great, there's free parking and the room was clean and had air conditioning. A bit further out of Lille but close to the metro and the newly developed Gare Saint Saveur.

It’s a beautiful building and an exceptional location. But I struggle to see how this can be a 4 star. The carpet on the rooms is very very old and stained, the bed sheets are so short that they keep moving about and you end up sleeping on the raw mattress, and the air dryier is one of those wall mounted ones - which I don’t think I have ever seen in a 4 star. I asked whether I could get a normal plug-to-wall one but I was told no (I’m not the most kind of manners)

"Lovely hotel. Room was spacious and comfortable. Restaurant food was lovely and staff very helpful. Reception staff were lovely. Close to the beach. We had a lovely wander to the beach. Overall I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a well priced lovely hotel with everything you need. ..."
