First of all, I would like to recognize the effort put in via excellent, world-class customer service provided by Jennifer, the receptionist. She was the night staff member who had gone the extra extra mile to make sure we were happy with our stay. Jennifer had done everything she could to help an already not too satisfactory situation we encountered. With that said, this facility could use some improvement. The carpet needs to be changed, the system needs to be a little more user friendly (as Jennifer was really struggling to check us in, and then some more..). When we booked our room via Expedia, and had asked for something specific, we expected the to get what we asked for. However, your system didn't register what we requested when it auto-assigned a room on the second floor, while we had specifically asked for one on the first floor. This was the reason why Jennifer had to put it so much effort (ie, searching the system and literally walking around the facility under the cold weather to find a room that closely matches). Your facility, while safe and very convenient, needs serious upgrading. As for staff & service, I could give 10 stars if possible. Your receptionist deserves a raise, or at least some kind of recognition for her efforts in customer satisfaction. Thank you, Jennifer- you had made our stay very pleasant, regardless of some hiccups here and there.
