The property is located 150 m from de la Punta sand beach, 150 m from the supermarket, 4 km from Aquabrava water park, 26 km from Peralada golf course, 30 km from Ave/Tgv Figueres train station, 70 km from Girona airport. The house is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood close to a shopping area and restaurants.The accommodation is equipped with the following items: lift, washing machine, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), balcony, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, open-air parking near the building, 1 fan, TV, satellite tv (Languages: Spanish, German, French).In the hotplate of glass ceramics open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and toaster are provided.

Idéal, centre ville commerces au bas de l'immeuble , très bonne insonorisation, parcage sécurisé.

Très bel appartement. Beaux espaces chambres & séjour. Climatisation, Wifi télé, ascenseur fonctionnels. Emplacement idéal 100m de la plage, au début des principales rues commerçantes, garage dans la rue au dessus 50m. Bon compromis pour les plongeurs / famille (magasinage/plongées). Tout n'étant pas parfait, deux petits bé molles, WC dans la salle d'eau & balcon étroit. Je note 17/20
