Located in a quiet area just steps from the sea, it’s perfect for families or groups of friends looking forcomfort and relaxation on the Costa Brava. The apartment features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with single beds, as well as a bathroom with shower and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, and washing machine. Thebright and spacious living room includes a dining area,sofa bed, and direct access to a pleasant terrace, ideal for outdoor meals or relaxing at sunset. The building has an elevator and is conveniently located near the beach, restaurants, shops, and the Roses seafront promenade. Decorated in a simple and functional style, this apartment offers the perfect balance ofcomfort, location, and well-being. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
