Welcome to this spacious apartment in Roses, perfect for families or groups of up to 6 guests. With 50 m² of comfortable living space, you can enjoy relaxing views of the garden and communal pool. Ideally situated just 500 meters from the "Mercadona" supermarket, bus station, and the vibrant town of Santa Margarita, you’ll also be only 1 km from the sandy beach, making it easy to soak up the sun and enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle. In addition to its prime location, this apartment offers a variety of amenities to enhance your stay. Located within a residential complex, you can take advantage of the peaceful surroundings while still being close to attractions like the popular Aquabrava water park, just 3 km away. The property features a lift for easy access, a 6 m² terrace with garden furniture perfect for outdoor dining, and a communal pool to cool off during warm days. For added convenience, covered parking is available within the building. The fully equipped kitchenette has everything you need to prepare meals, featuring a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, and washing machine, along with essential kitchenware. The apartment also includes modern conveniences such as Wi-Fi access and satellite TV with multiple language options to keep you entertained. With nearby attractions, including the natural beauty of Parc Natural Aiguamolls de L'Empordà and the Perelada Golf course, this apartment is an ideal choice for your memorable escape to Roses.
