Welcome to this cozy and bright 32 m² studio in Roses, perfect for a relaxing getaway for up to 3 guests. Ideally situated, this accommodation is just 500 meters from the Sarfa bus station and only 1 km from the popular Aqua Brava water park and the picturesque city center of Roses. The sandy Santa Margarita beach is also conveniently located 1 km away, making it easy to enjoy the sun and surf.  
  
For golf enthusiasts, the renowned Peralada Golf course is a short 16 km drive. The AVE-TGV train station is 18 km away, providing easy access to further destinations, while Girona Airport is 65 km from your doorstep and Barcelona Airport is 165 km away. Nestled in a quiet area within an urbanization, this studio offers a peaceful retreat while remaining close to local attractions. The studio boasts a 4 m² terrace, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening relaxation. Amenities include a lift, iron, internet access (WiFi), a fan, and a TV with satellite channels available in Spanish, English, and German.  
  
The compact kitchenette is thoughtfully equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, freezer, and essential kitchen utensils including crockery and cutlery, a coffee maker, toaster, and kettle, ensuring you have everything you need for your stay.
