A sense of home
First time ever staying by myself while traveling and there was not a moment where I didn’t feel like I was at home. The place and the owners were exceptional and I will definitely stay again!

Quiet, small, good location
My family of 5 (including 15, 12, and 8 year old) stayed for 2 nights. It was located in a decent location, easy to access the attractions. It was small. The floors were super unlevel from room to room so you had to be careful not to lose your balance. The kitchen was too small to cook a meal in and the dining table only accommodated 2 people. (Yes, I know the pictures showed these areas, but to actually see in person they were much smaller than expected). They did have tv trays but it still needed more dining space. So with the small kitchen and dining space we opted to eat out instead of cooking. The bedrooms were fine, no real issues, just not the most comfortable master bed. Board games were provided and my kids enjoyed playing several of those. We booked the house for 3 nights but opted to leave a day early since we had seen all the sights in the area. I would recommend for someone that is looking for a place to sleep while visiting the area and not hang out and cook meals. Again, great location to attractions, and nice quiet neighborhood with plenty of room.

Nice house for quick trip
This is a nice little house for a night or two. Sleeps 6 but not enough comfy seating in living room for all. A table for at least 4 would be great too. TV trays is nice touch. All beds were comfy. Lots of stairs going into house but obvious in pics but people may not notice.

Cute place.
Don’t be fooled. This place was actually in a great location. Minutes from just about everything in Chattanooga. House was very nice, just what we needed. Neighborhoods quiet. Nicely appointed. Beds were comfortable. The throw blankets in living room were a nice touch. The booklet with instructions and info was also helpful.

Relax and chill
Great place to chill for the family. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood , the deck and backyard. There is plenty of room to spread out and lots to do nearby. Located about 10-20 minutes from most things that we were interested in, depending on traffic. Far enough to relax without the hustle and bustle but close enough to get to in reasonable time frame. The house is a little older and well taken care of and very clean. Large living room, three good sized bedrooms, and a smaller kitchen. Some mentioned the lack of a dining table, but that was not a game changer for our family. There are several large tv tables that can be used. Coffee station and Galaga can make for an interesting time.

This little gem was much better than a hotel. Roomy, clean, cute, and had everything you could need. Just minutes away from alot of fun things to do. Check in was a breeze. Would highly recommend!

Family Vacation
This was a great location for our family of 6. Easy access to all the area attractions while in a quiet neighborhood. It was like a home away from home, which is what we were looking for. The only downside was no dining table to seat all of us when eating, but the owner provided a small bar table in the kitchen and TV trays for the living room and the kids LOVED that.

Nice little house.
Everything was decent about the house. It shows it's age, but when on vacation we don't mind that. My kids did get several splinters working up and down the stairs. Also the grass was pretty high. My husband contacted them, and we understood the weather had been bad so whoever they hired couldn't cut it. That part did suck for our kids, because they are very outside kids. Overall though, it fit our family of five very well. The beds and couch were comfy, even being 8 months pregnant. We'd book again if we return to Chattanooga area.

Quaint, nice house
My husband, son and I stayed for a long weekend. Cute house with lots of room. No dishwasher but that's expected in an older home. Had everything else we needed and we would stay here again.

Perfect getaway
This house is in a quiet neighborhood, had everything we needed for a quick getaway to meet the grandparents halfway. Close to everything you need and very short drive from downtown Chattanooga. House was clean and perfect for what we needed.

Neglected
The house was neglected. Was charged for cleaning fee, but wife and daughter spent like 4 hours cleaning it. Bathroom sink was clogged, back deck was unusable, had 5 adults and one child, but a tiny kitchen table was for 2. Called the contact person and left a message, but never called back. Was listed as remote and private, but was in a run down neighborhood. I would have canceled but it wasn’t an option.

Our photos are still accurate and show the kitchen table and kitchen size, but no dining table, so we’re sorry that you missed that. I’m afraid that the phone service didn’t forward your voicemail until after you checked out, which is odd and rare but has happened before, so I’m so sorry about that. Please reach out again if you don’t get a response. The number you left on your application was disconnected when I tried to reach out to you before you arrived. Home away from home
Perfect place for a quick getaway to Chattanooga. Even though we didn't have the best weather, the back patio would have been amazing if we did. Would recommend and would stay again if we come back to the area. The owner is great at communicating.
