The apartment on the 2nd floor offers you a cozy living / dining area (sofa bed), separate bedroom with double bed, shower / toilet. In addition, you have our large home garden (with barbecue, loungers and beach chairs available). Fairytale by the sea. We wish you a nice holiday! For all stays that are booked from August 2019, bed linen / towels / final cleaning are included in the final price. We have changed our price scale to simplify it. The WiFi in Warnemünde is not perfect. We cannot offer streaming quality. There are no parking spaces belonging to the house in Fritz-Reuter-Straße. Ask us about parking. House Rules / Prices: The above prices are calculated for a stay of up to 2 people and 7 seven nights incl. Final cleaning, bed linen, towels. (For all stays booked from August 2019!). You are also welcome to stay with us for fewer nights. In this case we charge a so-called short booking surcharge. We then differentiate between a surcharge of up to 2 nights and / or less than 7 nights. Children up to the age of 6 live with parents and grandparents free of charge. For each additional person we charge an amount of 15 euros / night / person (so-called extra bed). We have a limited number of parking spaces in Warnemünde. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben klein aber mit allem ausgestattet was benötigt wird, für zwei Personen ausreichend wenn man die meiste Zeit unterwegs ist. Und die Lage ist natürlich super, wir konnten alles zu Fuß erkunden. Das einzige was zu bemängeln ist ist leider das Bett, was bei meiner Freundin in den acht tagen wo wir da Waren Rückenschmerzen verursacht hat weil es einfach zu weich ist die Matratzen. Wir waren als Pärchen in der Wohnung und es hat genau gepasst, für zwei Personen ist sie optimal ausgestattet. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet, wir haben uns hauptsächlich selbst versorgt und das ging auch super mit der passenden Küche dazu. Zum Strand kann man auch mal zu Fuß laufen und die Straße weiter runter ist direkt ein Supermarkt mit Bäcker, wo man alles bekommt was man braucht. Auch einen kleinen Markt gibt es hier an der Kirche, außerdem gibt es noch zwei weitere Bäcker und schöne Cafés :-) Wir waren super zu Frieden und würden wieder kommen!
