Les pieds dans l'eau et central

Appartement sur la plage et vue sur la mer, idéalement bien placé pour aller en ville en toute autonomie. Voiture déposée sur un parking sécurisé, nous a permis de tout faire à pied. L'appartement est très bien agencé. Spacieux et très qualitatif. Le lieux reste atypique situé dans l'ancienne piscine de Royan. Arrivée et départ, très bien passé. A recommander +++++

Le logement est idéalement situé près de la plage, et le balcon apporte vraiment le petit plus pour profiter du beau temps sans être obligé de sortir
