“The rooms were simple & comfortable but the check in process was pretty poor. Dinner & breakfast were just about ok but we were rushed out of the breakfast room at 10.10 & asked to leave the hotel asap for the cleaners to start work. Overall I can give this property no more than 3 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Really nice and regrettably brief stay at this wonderful bed and breakfast ran by a lovely couple. I was made to feel at home from the start and the hosts went out of their way to help make my stay as comfortable as possible (including an offer of a lift to a local pub!). “The White Horse was a beautiful place, very welcoming. The very clean 'chalets' were out the back of the hotel so you weren't disturbed by the road or the bar. The staff were just superb, always very helpful and courteous, nothing was ever to demanding. The breakfasts were outstanding. I fully recommend the full English! Will certainly stay there again if ever in that neck of the woods.”
