“We stayed at this listing in another loft in 2024. It was an excellent stay. We chose this listing for our three week stay in 2025 based on the condition of the listings offered, the prompt and complete communication by the host, and the fact that we like the area. It has many restaurants, both fine and casual dining. It is a decent walk or a short bus ride to the Grand Arcade and the colleges. We would stay here again.”

“Lovely clean room. The bed was very comfortable and the small kitchen and restroom fit the space very well. I had great communication with the host. The location is near many shops and restaurants and about a 15 minute walk from the city center. The washer and dryer were very convenient.”

“Property nice, but had to give poor rating because the kitchen utensils were very sparse, we had to purchase a colander and leave it there. The only floor mop had a filthy used mopping head and the dishwasher filter was full of detritus and mold. We only discovered this after using it for a couple of cycles and the crockery came out stained. My husband then checked the filter and we were horrified at what we found and the fact that we’d eaten off the dishes that had been ‘washed’ inside it . ……

“Really lovely and unusual place to stay. Great location on the river and very easy to walk to all the main areas of the town. Loved sitting out on the deck in the sun. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.”

“This was a very quiet place to stay, in a good location to explore Cambridge & the fens around there. The village itself was great, with a fantastic restaurant (Lot25) and an incredibly interesting church in terms of interior. I was on a long weekend with a good chum, and we had two rooms opposite each other.
