One of the largest aviation museums in the world. Fairly spread out and lots of walking with plenty of indoor and outdoor exhibits.
I had purchased IWM (Imperial War Museum) memberships for my husbands son and a couple's membership which allowed us to bypass all the lines to any IWM location such as Duxford, the HMS Belfast, the IWM in London. Believe me it saved a lot of time and the guys just loved having that membership as1) a memento, 2) ease of getting into various sites. Would definitely recommend purchasing in advance to save time later when visiting.
Give yourself plenty of time as there is so much to see and the visit requires quite a bit of walking.
