“Property is pristine, quiet, extremely comfortable, lots of space, great outdoor deck. It is very near Omega institute. It vould easily be used for personal retreat because it is nestled in quiet woods. We would defitely return enroute to Maine or NE for a night's stay.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Phoenicia Lodge. We stayed for two nights and went hiking in the surrounding area. The lodge is in a great location—ideal if you have a car (we didn’t, but we managed just fine). Sandra was a huge help, and the welcome was fantastic. “This is an older property, so if you are looking for luxury this is not for you. It is clean, has working a/c, shower, TV , microwave, coffee maker and a bed. It has a beautiful pool area, although we did not use it. We just need a clean, safe place to sleep and shower. We stayed her last year as well, for Follow the Arrow Festival. Ther is a great restaurant next door.”

“We were a group of friends spread over a few rooms - our main purpose was to catch up, hang out together and let our kids play together. We did that and more at the cute little pool, the big yard with badminton set up! Everyone was super nice, accommodating and friendly! Highly recommended little motel. Walking distance to the Main Street for lunch, pizza take out, icecream etc!”
