A niche of heaven
Absolutely loved the size, setting and overall experience of this cabin! There are no properties directly next door. To the right is land, behind is a pretty ravine and empty lots across the street. The covered porch is ideal; lit with soft lights at night. The rooms are comfortable and have simple and beautiful decor. Love the open floor plan of the kitchen into the living room. The recent upgrades show themselves off and add to the overall comfort and flow of the space. We loved the hot tub! Would only recommend a little privacy fencing added to porch. Only other feedback would be to bring extra blankets and firewood to enjoy your time in this lovely space!

Very nice cottage. It was exactly as shown in listing. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Very nice decor. Nice deck for relaxing. Definitely recommend.

Getaway
We wanted to get away from the Tucson heat, and chose the Three Bears Cottage. We enjoyed our stay very much. Great setting, clean accommodations and great weather. Close to restaurants and grocery store. We will return.

Easy process
The check in process was super easy and timely. The house was perfect for our weekend. Close to everything we went to but far enough to not be in middle of everyone. Could have used a large skillet but that’s just if you’re a cook like me.

Upper Canyon Beauty
A comfortable, cute and cozy cabin away from the crowded midtown area located in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was stocked with all the basic cooking essentials. A short five minute drive to Perk Canyon Trailhead. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of hiking.

Great trip!
We had a bit of a bumpy start but the property managers were prompt and addressed all the issues even late into the night. The house is perfect for kids! Our 1 year old did laps in the house without us having to worry about him getting into anything. Perfect location to all the down town shops. SOOOOOOO clean! If you're staying for an extended time be sure to bring your kitchen LOL. They have a few pans but mixing spoons and other cooking utensils are pretty limited. We will definitely be back again.

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and well taken care of inside. We loved sitting on the front porch and enjoying the cool air. The couple of things that need addressing are, the pans need replacing? Everything sticks even with spray? Cookie sheets, just throw those rusty things away. The parking was small but ok for I car. . So this place is just a shade away from being perfect,

Good bargain.
Perfect size, good location, clean, great hot tub, great linens and beds. Great appliances. Shower excellent, although bath is tiny. Not much of a panoramic view. Overall, liked it.

Overall the cabin is a good place to stay. Location is great and the deck and hot tub were very enjoyable. We were disappointed with the condition of the carpets in the bedrooms and the fact that we found dirty silverware and cooking utensils in the drawers. While we enjoyed our weekend in Ruidoso, we most likely will not stay in this cabin again.

Amazing!!
The property management was amazing just like the cabin. Accidentally booked for the wrong days and they instantly fixed it with no problem. The cabin was clean, quiet and everything that was described. Parking was a bit difficult, but was manageable. It's an amazing place.

Perfect location
We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The location of the property in relation to town was amazing! The cabin has the convenience and closeness of town but also is somewhat secluded in the trees and mountain side. While the cabin does have neighbors, there is enough distance between each cabin. It is not the most up to date cabin, but everything is functioning and serves its purpose. We would recommend to others, and would stay here again when in the area.

Quiet getaway
A charming, quiet cabin nestled above traffic and away from daily headaches. Management was prompt to response to all inquiries and needs. And as typical of most rentals, this one shows some wear and tear, but not enough to discourage a return visit. Only real complaint was the apparent abuse former tenants employed on the skillets and pans. We particularly enjoyed the cozy sun room with fireplace.

My fiancé and I stayed here with our son and it was perfect! We loved being in our own private area and the hot tub was a great bonus! Parking was a little difficult but other than that everything was amazing and clean. Thank you for hosting us, 10/10 recommend!

TV didn’t work and the lady we talked to didn’t help us get it fixed
Location was good; blinds in the house weren’t in very shape. The posted pictures online were much better than the actual property; linens were old and one of the towels was still wet when we got there

Cute cottage
Cottage was in good location. It had everything we needed, even though it was slim on some items, such as kitchen hand towels, soap, no laundry soap, etc. This was a comfortable cottage. I think if they made some cheap improvements it'd make a difference. The drive way is really hard to get in and out of unless you have a suv or truck. We ended up parking on the side of road to avoid the driveway and bottoming out, we were in a subaru by the way. Also, the beds aren't very comfortable, one Is super lumpy, and the other one hard. All in all we enjoyed our stay and it was comfortable, the hot tub was great.

Cabin was very nice and comfortable however there was only 3 chairs at the kitchen table.
Enjoyed our stay but wished the cabin had the fourth chair and better equipped kitchen. Called the check in number, they said they’d bring one and it never happened.

Lovely Stay
We loved this cabin and will definitely go back! Great location with good privacy, beautiful deer visited every day, loved the hot tub and the fireplace too! Great little cabin and very well kept.

Our first time out in Ruidoso and we were very pleased! Loved the jacuzzi, fireplace and the cabin itself! It is up the hill and far away from neighbors which was a plus! We will definitely be back soon!

This cabin has everything you need to have a good stay! best part was grilling and chilling in the hot tub while a group of 10 deer walked right up to the porch. We will definitely be staying here again.

It was easy to find. There is only room for one vehicle to park. Overall, it was great. There is a hot tub on the porch. The cottage is either fairly new or newly remodelled. It was very clean. I would definitely rent it again.

The cabin is located on a moderately steep incline and parking is tight. Cabin is clean and has heating and AC. It’s located away from a busy street so very quiet. The hot tub was a bonus and loved it. If you’re looking for a getaway with peace and solutude, this is a good option.

Cute little house in a quiet part of Ruidoso!
The house was perfect for what we needed. Just keep in mind it does only have 1 bathroom, but we totally made it work and would stay here again!
