7.8/10 Good! (283 reviews)
Ok so lots of things I like about this property and have stayed here before but things that need improved.
Great location in the heart of Riva but on the outer edge, so parking a scooter is easy. Waterfront 2-5 mins walk. Most properties in Riva don't have elevators and you have to carry your luggage up several flights of narrow stairs. This property has an elevator but it shakes a little and needs maintenance. Never met anyone at the front desk from Prima Luce, and was able to check in with a host from the sister company Proma Life. Room was large and clean, fridge didn't work. TV remote also didn't work. There is a mini supermarket on the 1st floor and Taxi and Bus stop immediately out front. Would stay here again because of location elevator and large clean rooms and price

9.6/10 Exceptional! (479 reviews)
The self check-in instructions provided by the staff were clear and very easy to follow. The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. The location is excellent - you can walk to the center of the old town in about 7 minutes.
There is a parking lot just up the street from the building (less than 2 minutes walk). It is very busy, but if you can find a spot the rates are very cheap (I paid about 5 euros for a 3 day stay).
