“The hotel lobby was clean and updated. When I arrived the elevator was broken and being disabled I had to take a first floor room. The room they gave me was a large suite but out dated. It was clean. The front desk staff was friendly. The housekeeping staff seemed to not speak very little English or they just didn't want to help. My tv wasn't working so I asked them if they could fix it and all she said was 'front desk'. The front desk staff told me that the cable was down. I stayed in the hotel……

“The cabin was very much what we were expecting to get based on the listing. It was a fair price for the area. Within 30 minutes of everything we wanted to do, including gatlinburg town, the national park, pigeon forge, etc. One hour away from Knoxville airport. We even lucked out and got last minute tickets to the sevierville rodeo 20 minutes away.”

“Just a little disappointed in the cleaning people for my room there was some type of debris on my carpet. The front desk was very helpful, but it never seemed to get resolved. I don’t think the cleaning lady actually had a vacuum to use. Also, during my stay, I don’t feel a tidied up as much as I should have Otherwise, the downstairs staff was absolutely exceptional Breakfast was expected same stuff you always get Could use some more parking but again you can’t do anything about that not the……

“We just needed a room for the night. The room was clean and we'll maintained, but felt a little dated. The main drawback was their were no USB outlets to charge your devices, normally we bring the plug ins, but forgot this time. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very nice.”
