“Fantastic hotel however the main reason we chose it was for the free shuttle service to the cruise and it was booked before we even checked in. I had emailed prior to coming and ask if we could be put on the list and we were unable to do so. Our flight got in at seven at night and all the times were booked except for late afternoon which we cannot get on our ship that late. So just would suggest more shuttle services.”

“Clean room and comfortable bed. Only problem was all the steps to get up to the entrance especially with luggage. Except for that a great room at a good price. The front desk person even gave me a bottle of Water without asking ”

“The area may not be a safe place bcos my car was stolen within the hotel parking area during my stay. Never happened to me for the +40 driving years! Guests need to pay more attention on their belongings. Despite this, the front desk staff are kind and very helpful by providing the CCTV videos and reporting the case to the LAPD. Its good that I bought the Full compensation insurance.”

“Everything was perfect”

“The hotel was simple and cozy. We were only staying overnight and for what we needed, the room met all the requirements. Clean room, clean restroom, hot and cold water, working a/c, and clean bed. The parking spaces are very close to the rooms so you get to keep an eye on your vehicle if needed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Power went out on the whole street and the staff informed us immediately and apologized and kept us updated. Power was back on in 15 min. Overall, if I……

“Nice staff and decent area. Better during the day. Rooms are clean and Valencia’s are great. It’s in downtown so it’s downtown vibes and people. Across from Vons is nice. ”

“The owner was super nice and accommodating. He went above and beyond to help me out a couple times. The place itself is a decent size for the price. It’s by no means the cleanest place and the parking situation is super tight. ”

“從這家旅館要到迪士尼真的相當的近，但希望旅館可以印製一張用走路就可以到的地圖，我跟我朋友是用步行，但旅館櫃檯當時直接給我們開車的地圖，指引我們用走的，所以因此走了30分鐘，才到迪士尼！！！！！以這樣的價格來說，房間設備算都有齊全，整潔度佳，可是他的冷氣位置剛好在床的正側方，所以睡覺時會有點吵，跟不舒服。但是大致上來說很不賴，可是請櫃台人員在指引迪士尼方向時，請報 “ 從旁邊停車場徒步走行人區，在轉接駁 ” ，謝謝。”
