I had read good and bad reviews about this hotel. But I read one veeery bad that I thought the person had to be overreacting or exagerated. Everything is true. Nasty, dirty, hair over the microwave, hair in the pillows, hair in the towels. As soon as we opened the door we felt smelled like urine. The beds make an horrible noise every time that a person moves sleeping that wakes the rest of the people. The fridge makes a disturbing noise like if someone is hitting something with a stick many times and is LOUD. The worst hotel we have been. And we travel twice a year. Nasty Nasty. Do NOT stay here. You get what you pay but this people asked too much for something so disgusting. When were finishing the check in a homeless aproached us because the process is in the parking lot next to the entrance. The employee is inside a cabin but the customer is exposed next to the parking lot and in front of the road.....so ashamed with my family for my decision. The only good thing we had was the employee who made the check in at 8pm. Very kind and the other guy that made a reservation for us for a taxi when we were leaving. The other one in the reception area during the day is the most arrogant person in the world. I think that was not a human. Can't be. Maybe is the owner must be. Too many reviews describing the same. Don't be like me that gave them the benefit of the doubt, DON'T go to this place. We didnt sleep the beds are veery uncomfortable. He was approachable and gave many recommendations on sights to see and places to eat while we stayed. This made me feel better. We entered our room welcomed by a sour stench. It was warm, but did come with an AC units that blew more not appealing smells. We were woken up by loud knocks on our door that continued to go in spurts for about 5-10 mins. It was 9:30pm Cali time but 11:30pm from our home town that we just flew in from. We were scared and had no peep hole to check who was at our door and why they weren’t going away. We called the front desk and the guy was nice saying he saw the man on the cameras and came to see what the guy at our door wanted. Still pretty sketch and then took us awhile to finally trust to go back to sleep. The room was very dusty and parts are updated. There was an iron provided which was nice. The large bed only had one bedside table and one plug in on the one side instead of on both sides. The floor made my feet black from walking barefoot. There is a mini fridge and microwave that appeared dirty and outdated. The bathroom was supplied with Dove products, which was nice. Tv/cable provided as well as WiFi. Close to many food options in walking distance.
