“The motel was very nice. It is safe and clean. We had rooms while staying here before our cruise. The shuttle was perfect.
My only complaint was I had a granddaughter that got sick in the middle of the night. We went up in the morning to see if we could buy some toast for her and take it back to the room. They told us we would have to pay the $22.00 for the whole buffet. Really you couldn't make an exception for a sick child? We didn't ask for it for free. One of our members was even a VIP……

“We called in advance confirmed our room and that we were on our way and upon arrival they gave our room away. Put us into a different room that had a lot of issues including broken sockets, unclean/missing bedding, missing towels, backing up sinks and much more. Will not recommend to anyone. ”

“The area may not be a safe place bcos my car was stolen within the hotel parking area during my stay. Never happened to me for the +40 driving years! Guests need to pay more attention on their belongings. Despite this, the front desk staff are kind and very helpful by providing the CCTV videos and reporting the case to the LAPD. Its good that I bought the Full compensation insurance.”
