“Proximity to cruise port was ok, overall the hotel was ok. The hotel wasn’t near anything such as shopping or dining options so you are likely to eat at hotel restaurant which was average. Hotel and rooms felt dated and run down. Decent pool. Nice walk around marina outside. Went with intention of using shuttle to cruse port and there was no availability for time to sign up when we arrived.”

“ My only complaint would be the ice machine was broken, other than that, it was clean and had everything we needed ”

“There was a roach in the bed and so we requested a refund and got the heck out of there. Room also smelled old and smoky… stain on one of the bedspreads… just an overall mess. Front desk attendant was nice and helpful.”

“Don’t be fooled by the rating on here. The building is old, and the walls are extremely thin. If you end up in the first floor like I did, good luck. You’ll hear everyone above you or the ice machine running at 3 am right outside your door. I did think the room was clean, but the noise was hard to overlook. ”

“The area may not be a safe place bcos my car was stolen within the hotel parking area during my stay. Never happened to me for the +40 driving years! Guests need to pay more attention on their belongings. Despite this, the front desk staff are kind and very helpful by providing the CCTV videos and reporting the case to the LAPD. Its good that I bought the Full compensation insurance.”

“tbh it looks just like the pictures, staff were the nicest people help with any question I had very nice people 10/10 the rooms were clean bathroom was clean I loved the shower, bed were clean and comfortable and if you plan on staying here I highly recommend it the only problem is the parking lol but it’s easy just have to find a spot and you don’t have to pay after 6 until 9am.”

“Room was super , toiletries were good , bath towels ample , TV was great , overall good . i have room next to parking lot , so little noisy in area when parking of car , close door neighbour can hear , walls are not thick enough to control noise , close to walking area Aqarium , breakfast spread ok .Seating area were less. Breakfast 1 to 10 - 6 , Room -8, Noise - 5 , overall 1 to 10 - 7”
